 The HR-XML Consortium® is an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the development and promotion of a standard suite of XML specifications to enable e-business and the automation of human resources-related data exchanges. KBACE provides feedback to the consortium and keeps abreast of developments to ensure its solutions are robust, extensible, and adhere to global HR interoperability standards.
The International Association for Human Resources Management® (IHRIM®) is the link to the unique world of HR information management, system issues, trends, and technology.  IHRIM is a central network for its members to gain access and in-depth knowledge about HR information management and system issues, trends, and technology. KBACE is involved with IHRIM to be at the forefront of knowledge, education, and solutions supporting the Human Resource Information Management community.

 Microsoft partner status is based on competency requirements which are closely aligned with customer needs. To attain the Silver ISV/Software competency, a number of requirements must be fulfilled, including Microsoft platform tests. In accordance with the requirements, KBACE has also provided verified customer references for tested, packaged software solutions that are being used as business applications and have Microsoft certified developers on staff.
 KBACE Technologies has achieved certification under the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16 Type II. SSAE 16 effectively replaces SAS 70 as the authoritative guidance for reporting on service organizations. Previously, KBACE was certified for SAS 70 Type II. This certification is an internationally-recognized standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and is the recognized mark of IT service quality.


The Standard CMMI Appraisal for Process Improvement (SCAMPI)-A Level 3 Appraisal was conducted in accordance with the Software Engineering Institute's publications Capability Maturity Model Integration for Development (CMMI-DEV), Staged Representation, Version 1.3 and in accordance with the Appraisal Requirements for the CMMI (ARC) version 1.3. KBACE Technologies (P) Ltd (KTPL) has been appraised as fully compliant at Maturity Level 3 with the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model Integration, version 1.3.
